Wonder what home buyers are looking for this season? According to a Better Homes and Garden survey this season’s buyers wanting several features.
1. Most want lose proximity to amusement parks and nature trails
2.Sixty five percent want a front porch.
3. Over half the buyers would opt for paying $5,000.00 extra for energy saving elements
Looks like we’ll be going back to a nation of porch-sitters who save money on utility bills so they can take more frequent trips to Great America. Sounds good to me.
